At Projector Service Australia, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with much needed support in maintaining their projectors and interactive whiteboards.  Our service contracts help you prolong the life of your equipment, saving your organisation thousands of dollars in replacement costs.

Our team of technicians is highly skilled.  All we do is projectors so you know that you have access to expertise you can rely on. 

We have four levels of service agreements:
- Emergency
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
Projector Service
Australia
Bronze Service Plan
Recomended For: Light usage.  ~2 - 3 hours per week

*  Two visits per year to carry out a 26-point data projector and five-point interactive whiteboard check.
*  An inspection and free repair of the installation components.
*  Free replacement of installation trunking.
*  An inspection of termination services, replacing or repairing damaged or degraded cables and fixings.
*  A full report of the completed equipment audit.
 
Silver Service Plan
Recomended For:
Medium Usage.  ~ 5 - 10 hours per week.

*  Three visits per year to carry out a 26-point data projector and five-point interactive whiteboard check.
*  An inspection and free repair of the installation components.
*  Free replacement of installation trunking.
*  An inspection of termination services, replacing or repairing damaged or degraded cables and fixings.
*  A full report of the completed equipment audit.
 
Gold Service Plan
Recomended For:
Heavy Usage.  >10 hours per week.

*  The provision of an onsite engineer during Ofsted inspections, with a ten-minute swap out time of any equipment that fails.
*  Three visits per year to carry out a 26-point data projector and five-point interactive whiteboard check.
*  An inspection and free repair of the installation components.
*  Free replacement of installation trunking.
*  An inspection of termination services, replacing or repairing damaged or degraded cables and fixings.
*  A full report of the completed equipment audit.

Note:  All Maintainence Service Plans are Preventitive Maintenance yearly plans that will extend the life of your projector, lamps and cables by as much as 70%. *
Manufacturer warranties may be void without regular cleaning and maintenance.
* Based on manufactor's published lamp lamp life with regular maintenance versus no maintenance.
